 About Me

0_edited.jpg

My name is Ridge Cole and I’m a junior at Lumpkin County High School, and I’ve been playing soccer pretty much my whole life — since I was 4 years old. I play U19 UFA SAPL soccer in Forsyth County and also varsity soccer for LCHS. Soccer has always been something I love, and it’s taught me a lot on and off the field. My goal is to one day become an orthopedic surgeon, so I can keep helping athletes and stay connected to the sport. For now, I just want to share my passion for the game and help anyone who’s interested in soccer become the best they can be.

Why I Created GameProof

Ever since I hit a growth spurt, like everyone does, soccer started taking a real toll on my body. In middle school I tore a muscle in my back, and just last year I tore the labrum in my hip. Those injuries sidelined me for months, and the road back was tough. Physical therapy takes long, hard work, and while it helped me recover, it made me realize how much I wished I could’ve gone back and simply prepared my body the right way — warming up properly, building strength, and moving smart.

That’s why I created GameProof. My goal is to help players like me stay healthy, strong, and ready to play — so they can spend more time on the field doing what they love, instead of rehabbing in a PT clinic.
